I haven’t received my filters. I’ve received culligan filters which I did NOT order but I’d be happy to review the G30.7 filters which I did order if I ever receive them!

I love these filters! They’re great at reducing chlorine and fluoride, along with other pesky stuff.
They fit perfect
I have been using this product for years, beginning when they were Propur. I've never had anything less than crystal clear, great tasting water. I've taken them camping to clean river and lake water.
I have a berkey from years ago and use Pro One filters. It is better tasting water without the chlorine or plastic smell like bottled water. The initial investment of these filters has been a gamechanger for my household. Keep up the good work Pro One !

Good filtration, poor timing. These filters would eventually filter water through, but I’m not exaggerating when I say it would take all night long. Even after a year of using them, they still took forever to filter water.
I do not recommend pro one. Their customer service is terrible. I reached out because my water tastes terrible from my filters. I’ve used these filters before and water was fine. But with these, the water isn’t drinkable. No one will get back to me. I gave up trying. I will go with a different company.
Filters clogged up within a week, support did not respond to request.
I was skeptical of the new 3.0 filters because I saw all the bad reviews about them but after going from the G.2 to Doulton filters which were a bit disappointing back to the G.3 filters the new filters taste just as good as I remember them being which was like drinking bottled water.

Great filters
Originally ordered the G2.0 7" for my Travel Berkey. Fit perfectly and worked as well if not better. Also, just a whole lot easier to deal with, less maintenance and cleaning. Looking forward to the improved G3.0 version.

One of my four filters arrived broken at the end of December. I have contacted customer service several times and emailed pictures. As of April I have yet to receive a response or a replacement filter.
Other than the customer service, I think the filters are very good. The design has changed somewhat from the original ones I have received in the past. The new ones are smaller and the first several cycles running tap water through took many many hours to complete. However, after three or four run throughs, the water now filters through fairly quickly. The filtered water tastes very good.
Purchased our first 2 G3.07 filters for our Big Berkey. Performance is great and there were no odors or unusual taste. We ran water through the system 4 times before we started using it. The first gallon ran very slow but by the time we finished the 4 runs, it only takes an hour or so to run 1.5 gallons through the system. We are on city treated water that is pumped from wells just a couple miles from our home. Don’t know about customer service. Delivery did take longer than expected from ProOne.
Filters work great and came fairly quickly. Would like more sales please.

Excellent filters! Excellent customer service! I bought ProOne filters to replace my previous system's filters. The ProOne filters were simple to prep and install. The water tastes great, and best of all, they are filtering water SO much more quickly than my previous filters ever did. They are priced much more affordably also. They filter out Fluoride! I had a question and was able to get through to Customer Service and get help immediately. I am recommending this company and their products to everyone!
Awesome company. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about my replacement filter. Also, when purchased the unit last year I accidentally damaged one of the little silicone plugs that goes into the filter. I emailed ProOne and someone immediately sent me a few more little plugs free of charge, no shipping charges. Very good service. Plus, love my ProOne system. Good communication is always just a more reassurance.

Great and efficient filters!
I bought 2 G3.0 7" filters for a competitor's system. Water tasted great! Just switched out my filters a year later. Thinking about buying the Big+ now.
