It works! Water is delicious! I have not sent it to be tested, but it's thousands of times better than tap. I use it for drinking, cooking, my cat, and all of my outdoor veggies. I know we're still being contaminated by the poisons in the chemtrails, food, air, pharmaceuticals, etc., but I'm doing what I can to curtail it.

The wrong item was sent multiple times, and the company refused to interact or respond with me to correct. The wrong product requires significantly more prep work to install and left an odd taste and had to be thrown away.

I've been using ProOne filters for years and it has served me and my Cat faithfully. I cook with the water and drink it. Wish there was a shower head filter lol, but it's still better than tap water either way.
System areived in 15 day which was less than estimated time. Water tastes much better than our previous filters system hich was purchased from big box store. Cycling through the first few times was time consuming but worth it.

You must initially clean the filters before before use. Clean your water container periodically as well. I check my filters for any change in color, and wash them off periodically. If your container feels a little slimy wash it out with water. I used my first set of filters for about a year without replacing them or cleaning them. I realized at replacing that they were beyond needing to be changed. The next set & beyond have given me about 8 months of great filtered water before I replace them. You get your money back by not buying bottled water.
I recommend this system for everyone.

They have a great product however the shipping delays are quite frustrating. Expect to wait a month or more before receiving even when their website shows 3-4 business days shipping. I ordered beginning of October and have yet to receive my order.

I've had two filters in my Berkey for a year now! Came here to do my order for fresh filters. I must admit.. I have not cleaned my filters once nor the inside of my tank... I probably really should. Nevermind that- the water always tastes so fresh and the filters continue to work as if new! Highly recommend
I have been using these filters for 6 months. The results are much better than I expected. You can actually see on the filters some of the "stuff" that these filters stopped even AFTER passing through a competitors whole house filter first. I would recommend these filters for a safer drinking water. That is why certified filtration is a must that these filters have from ProOne. I will purchase these ProOne filters again for my second system! The filters are great that they do not need to be primed before you use!

Absolutely love these filters they last a long time and the NSF certification gives me peace of mind that all heavy metals are filtered and the fluoride and other contaminants
