We Ship Anywhere!*

ProOne’s free shipping offer applies to retail customer orders with a minimum amount of $69.95 shipped domestically (within the US). Orders are normally shipped via UPS ground service, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class mail. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses.

International orders are normally shipped via DHL service unless otherwise specified. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii ship via UPS Ground and there will be an additional cost. Non-mainland residents may be billed for additional shipping charges not included. Shipments to Canada normally ship via DHL and may be subject to duties and taxes. Please contact customer service for a shipping quote should you have any questions. We offer economical shipping and for special circumstances, expedited shipping. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping. Due to the nature and size of our products, your address must be able to receive shipments. If you are in a remote location, please let us know as we may need to make special arrangements for your delivery. Special arrangements may also require additional shipping fees.

Please allow up to 5 days for processing international orders. International customers are responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees or any other charges that you may incur from importing products into your country. Customs policies vary by country and you should contact your local Customs office if you have any questions. Incorrect addresses may result in shipping delays and added shipping charges. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged additional shipping to re-ship your order. If your item was damaged during shipping, you must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of delivery. You will be given specific instructions to best facilitate a replacement or claim.

Signature Required: For orders of $150 or more, we recommend you opt-in for our shipping company’s signature required feature. This will help assure that your ProOne® order will arrive to you directly.
Please note: With signature required shipping, our shipping companies will attempt three deliveries to obtain your signature and deliver your package. If you are not, or will not, be available, your order will be returned to the ProOne offices and you will be contacted by phone or issued a refund. ProOne® does not cover any lost packages with declined signature required.

Orders & Damaged Goods

If your order was damaged during delivery, is incorrect, or there was an error in your order, please contact ProOne® Customer Service within 7 days of delivery receipt at 1-800-544-3533 or email support@prooneusa.com. We will attempt every effort to correct your order. If you were shipped an incorrect item, ProOne® will pay for the return via standard shipping. Please make sure you include your name, email address, and phone number with your order information and order date. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed there may be a 10% cancellation fee. If you would like to pay with a cashier’s check or money order, please make payments to: ProOne® USA to the address below. Please include your item descriptions, price and quantity, any applicable shipping fees, and most importantly your name, shipping address and contact information, including phone number. You can calculate your shipping fee by putting your items in the shopping cart and then click on the proceed to checkout button. You can find your shipping cost in the drop down arrow. Your order ships once your check clears our bank.

Returns & Exchanges

ProOne® products are backed by a thirty (30) day money back limited guarantee to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of any ProOne® product. If Customer is not satisfied with their ProOne® purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

Customer shall, at Customer’s expense, ship the following required items:

  1. The ProOne product in its original packaging with all parts and materials; and
  2. A copy of the original receipt verifying proof of purchase; and
  3. A written request for a refund; and
  4. Ship to:ProOne® 1200 Benstein Rd, Commerce Twp., MI USA 48390
  5. Please Note: NO C.O.D. packages will be accepted by ProOne.

The items described in item 1, above, must be received by ProOne within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery. ProOne is not obligated to issue any refund for any refund requests received after the thirtieth (30th) day after the date of delivery.
If ProOne receives the items described in item 1, above, during the thirty (30) days after the date of delivery, ProOne will, inspect and review Customer’s request for a refund and if ProOne, in its sole discretion, is satisfied with the Customer’s request for a refund, ProOne will issue a refund, in the amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping and any labor charges if applicable. If the ProOne product was purchased through an authorized ProOne® dealer, and the Customer’s refund request satisfies the requirements of item 1, above, and ProOne is satisfied with Customer’s request for a refund, ProOne will issue a refund to the dealer that sold the ProOne product to the Customer, and that dealer will in turn issue a refund to Customer.
