I LOVE this water pitcher. It is the most inexpensive way to get truly clean water that I have found. I do not have the space in my kitchen for one of the larger models, so this works perfectly. I love to take it with me on trips so that I don’t have to buy cases or jugs of bottled water. The filled pitcher is a little heavier than the cheaper brands, but the taste is worth it.

Great pitcher! After hears of frustration with waiting forever for the leading two brands to actually filter time for water to drink, or water pouring out through lid, this one actually works! Filters well and quickly (first few times are slow as filter gets activated but then it speeds up). Lid stays on tight while pouring, but comes off well, very well designed overall. The ceramic filter makes it a little heavier than some pitchers, but I’m able to manage it using both hands. Bad arthritis in hands. What a pleasure to have clean pure water without always waiting.

I got here by drinking water from someone else’s traveler ProOne tank, and as this site understandably ran out and had a wait list going, I decided to get this pitcher. It does not disappoint. It does take a bit of patience for it to filter the water. It is so clean. Even my plants are happier on it – less water stains on glassware holding plants at home, and they drink up more quickly. I’m so impressed with this filtration system.

I love this filter pitcher. As other reviewers noted, the filter time is slow on the first few cycles but pretty fast later on. The water tastes wonderful, very clean. The lid does leak a bit if you try to pour before all the water has filtered, so it’s best to let the cycle finish before pouring. My only suggestion for improvement would be to put some kind of cycle counter to indicate when it’s time to change the filter. I write the cycle number on a sticky note on the lid. If I could hit a button instead to add another count to the tally, that would be nice. Overall great product!

Best pitcher I’ve ever owned. As a nutritionist I scoured the internet looking for something that would filter out both Flouride and Glyphosate and I found it. The taste is amazing. The quality is amazing. The filters are easy to change and it’s easy to travel with. We are in our RV 90% of the time, so this pitcher guarantees us clean water no matter where we are camped. Also just purchased the under sink filter for the RV and looking forward to installing it too! My only complaint would be that I wish the pitcher could somehow be glass and not plastic but I understand that would make it quite heavy and more costly. Thank you ProOne!

I AM GRATEFUL TO HAVE FOUND PROONE!! If you are reading this review (and the others before mine), please know that these comments are ON TARGET!!! I live in a building which is 75 years old and the pipes are just horrendous. Because of this, I have been filtering my water for YEARS at a local natural food store and that water was just adequate. I am ELATED to say that practice will be no more. I just received my ProOne water filter pitcher this week and my jaw dropped with the first sip….the water is silky soft, with an incredible mouth feel and the taste is beyond words! I am not exaggerating! After months of research for water pitchers I am THRILLED with my purchase. I will now start looking into the Pro One shower systems next. I hope that this company never changes this exceptional product!!!

I echo all the positive comments about ProOne that are ahead of mine!
What I can add is that the ProOne water pitcher filter lasts a long time. It took two years before my first filter was finally “used up”; I’m on my second one now.
Just to be on the safe side, I have three more filters in storage–in case you decide to stop making them or the mail service stops!
The filters are super-easy to install, and the drip time is fine for my purposes. I always fill the pitcher in advance, so I’m never stuck without drinking water (or water to use in cooking). After the pitcher is full, I pour the clean water into empty food jars, which I store in the fridge and in cupboards for use when I’m making organic lemonade or limeade (then I refill the jars).
Based on unbiased testers’ results (and their comparisons with other brands), which I found on YouTube, I’m convinced ProOne actually removes (as it advertises) the vast majority of the contaminants in my city’s tap water.
Bonus: I enjoy speaking with the woman in ProOne customer support whose voice I recognize every time I call, though I’m blanking on her name at the moment (sorry!).
Bottom line: I trust the integrity of the ProOne people and their products–a rare pleasure in this day and age.

After doing an endless amount of research, I found that Proone water filters remove by far the most contaminants when compared to it’s competitors. I was looking for a replacement for my competitor system so decided to start off with purchasing this pitcher. So far, my filter has surpassed my expectations not only because of the quality of the taste of the water (VERY pure and clean tasting compared to the water filtered by my old filter), but also because the Proone filter removes the nasty chlorinated smell from my tap water!! I also plan on purchasing one of their larger stainless steel options, and a shower head since I have had such positive results. The only downside that I could find is that the filtration rate is very slow when compared to my old competitor filter.

I did a bunch of research so I bought the pitcher and the water is really good.
The website, on the other hand, is missing some stuff: like how long it takes to process a pitcher of water (3 hours), which filters go with which products (I bought the wrong ones and had to return them), and where to go to leave a review.
Finally, the support staff are SPECTACULAR. I’m not saying you should ‘have a problem’ just to work with them, but if you do it will get taken care of.
Next time I get something from them, assuming the website gets clarified, they’ll get all 5 Drops.
(And even if they don’t update the website I’ll still be back.)

Great water filter pitcher. Initially, it took overnight to filter but now it only takes about an hour and the water tastes super clean. Only drawback is that the filter water capacity is a bit on the smaller side but I just make sure to refill it often.

The pitcher is SLOW. It drips. Drip drip drip. However, that’s the way it is meant to be. It’s not ridiculously slow. You can fill up a pitcher in maybe 3-4 hours. The secret is to add water to it after every use, that way you don’t run out. I like this pitcher because I love the fact it filters out fluoride without having to buy an extra filter or a special type of filter, like Berkeys scam filters. ProOne is NSF certified, so you know you can drink with confidence knowing you’re not feeding your family toxic VOCs or fluoride. I’ll be coming back for more products as my children get older and begin drinking more and more water. For now, a pitcher is perfect for 2 adults and a toddler.

We love our water filter pitcher. The water tastes great and it is peace of mind knowing I’m filtering out the junk and giving my family healthy water. It is a slow drip, as intended; however, this is a good thing, and it fills up quicker than you think. Key is to fill it up each time you take water out. I would say for a family of 4 you are better off buying the larger system and we will end up upgrading because we trust the product.

I love thus filter! I don’t know what they put in my water but since using this filter I can actually taste a difference! The only problem: I wish I had ordered the larger filter because I refill 2-3 times a day between coffee/tea/ drinking water and keeping that cats bowl full of water.
