We bring this along with us on vacation. We love our filters from proone at home, so it is nice to have a smaller filter to bring along with us when we travel. The only downside is that the pitcher is plastic, and it does filter slowly, but still so worth it.

I have been using the G2.0 M filters with pitcher for about 4 years. This last purchase was from here. I Originally purchased at a sight where I buy vitamins and supplements.. Never liked to drink water from the tap.. But with these filters, water tastes delicious.. I would say ice cold water is my favorite drink now. This filter takes all the metal and contaminants out of tap water. And the bonus…Fluoride too!

One year ownership review! Questionable filter consistency. Original filter took forever but worked great! It looked like it had been dipped in dirty motor oil after 4 months, and after cleaning it last another two. However replacement filter was much faster and doesn’t seem to be filtering. At 4 months it was only 25% as dirty and after washing it has barely gotten dirty or slowed down at all after 8 months. I’m replacing out of concern for what I’m drinking.

Our city water does not smell good and does not taste good. Prior to buying our first ProOne G2.0 filter, we used various water filters purchased from mainstream retail stores. None of them worked as effectively as the ProOne filter, and none of them filtered out fluoride.
We have been using ProOne G2.0 water filters for nearly six years now for our home tap water and love the clean water it provides. Our G2.0 filtered water has no smell whatsoever and tastes clean…truly filtered!
We also use the filtered water wherever food comes in direct contact with water such as cooking rice, potatoes, pasta and vegetables, etc., and cleaning fruit and vegetables before eating them.

I have been using this water filter for several years and I absolutely love it. It’s the highest quality water filter that I’ have seen within this price point. I put a 1/2 gallon of my tap water in a bottle, and I put a 1/2 gallon of filtered water that was filtered using my ProOne filter and the difference in color alone was huge. My tap water was a yellowish color and it smelled gross. The water filtered through the ProOne was crystal clear. and had no smell at all. I highly recommend this product.

I got the much-recommended Pro One Water filter for my dogs. Where I live the water is loaded with iron making faucets and showerheads orange and tasting very “off.” Having used the desktop water filter for almost 2 months, I know my dogs are healthier, and so am I. When I look into the water filter area, I see how much iron deposits and other elements this filter has kept out. I don’t know why I waited for so long! I will be getting the shower head filter soon. Thanks, Pro One for such a great and important product.

I do a lot of housesitting and take my pitcher with me. At a lot of well water homes, I can see the iron and dark rust color contaminants that the pitcher is filtering. At one home the water smells and tastes of sulfur and my eyes became irritated from having to bathe with it, but the system filters it out and after washing my face with the filtered water, my eyes felt much better!

Water tastes more plain than tap water. So I drink more cups of water without getting a weird aftertaste. Sometimes water leaks from the lid of pitcher instead of the pouring area. Make sure to clean pitcher with sponge that comes with filter. I cleaned pitcher with kitchen sponge and it made the filter more brown upon subsequent water refills.

I have used this system for a long time and I am happy with it. I do wonder why the sponges for cleaning don’t hold up better. It seems that one should change the filter when it begins to look brown and slimy. This time with a new filter I will attempt to measure the output of filtered water as the Pro G2.0M is good for 225 gallons I think,
