We’re happy with the shower head and the service from this company. The shower head works great and the pressure is good. Note that you do need some space in your shower for this device. It extends from the wall farther than our old basic shower head so now we stand closer to the back wall of our shower than we did before. The first shower head we received had a pretty decent leak going on. Customer service emailed the steps for the first fix attempt (petroleum jelly on the rubber washer) but when that didn’t work they requested we return the shower head for their team to look at it. They identified the issue, fixed it and sent it back to us at no extra charge. We did have to go without the filtered shower head while it was being repaired, but now it works perfectly. Showering with the filter has left our skin feeling much better (not dry or itchy).

Great filter!! I have arsenic in my water and I was starting to get really bad dry patches like eczema. Since using this filter my skin is healing and my patches are almost gone. I’m also not losing as much hair, I was getting scared by the amount of hair that was coming out every shower before this filter. If you live somewhere with hard water like me this shower filtration system is a must. I’m buying one for my mom now too!
